My name is Addie Kitchen and I’m the hands behind the work here at Tuesday Club. In most cases, I’m the only hands – my love for working one-on-one with clients and being personally connected to each project is what led me to start my own business.
I am a graphic designer by trade, but I’ve spent most of my life drawing, and eventually managed to sneak “illustrator” into my job title. I’m inspired by old book covers, mid-century design, and vintage illustrations of Jell-O, among other things. I love to read, bake, go to library sales, paint with gouache, and artfully arrange my home spaces.
We’re an “and” studio. This means that we do design and illustration and copyediting and… you get the point. We wear a lot of hats in this club. And if we don’t wear a particular hat, odds are we know someone else who does!
Don’t get us wrong – we have our specialties. Two of our biggest niches are powerpoint design and illustrations for consumer packaged goods. If you’re wondering how those two things go together, so are we! But that’s the point – design and illustration are two very multi-faceted industries that allow us to handle a wide range of projects and pursuits. Whether it’s a small project with a variety of needs or a big project with a single focus, we’re here to help you in a way that works for all of us – after all, we’re in this club together!
